Andy Readdy

A student of Yoga for the past 12 years, I completed my Teacher Training initially to deepen my own knowledge and practice, eventually finding a passion for sharing my love of yoga with others. I am particularly passionate about Yoga being available to people of all ages, bodies, and accessibility levels.


I am continually learning and try to bring Yoga into every aspect of my life – on and off the mat.

Carolina Alzate

I'm Carolina, a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher passionate about guiding you on journeys of self-discovery. Through mindful movement and practices, we'll work together to achieve your health goals, unlock your inner power, and find lasting balance.


My sessions are infused with the calming sounds of traditional Andean music, transporting you to a serene space that fosters focus and inner peace.


With over 800 hours of experience, I offer a variety of practices to suit your needs:


  • Deepen Relaxation & Release Tension: Yoga Nidra & Yin Yoga
  • Cultivate Strength & Flexibility: Vinyasa Slow Flow & Hatha Yoga
  • Balance Your Energetic Body: Holistic Meditation (combining guided meditations, breathing techniques, asanas, and mindfulness practices)

Ellen Nash

I am a Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Australia and AUSactive. My teaching style allows for beginners and advanced practitioners to enjoy my classes with loads of variation provided. Precise verbal and physical adjustments are given with persmission. I have 1000s of hours of yoga therapy experience and group class instruction. Holistic approach to classes where breath, relaxation and physical posture are all addressed to bring a complete experience. I enjoy teaching full classes of sequenced breath, somatic embodied movement, yin, restorative as well as my signature holistic general classes.


I completed training in India and Australia and am C-AAYT and C-IAYT registered, and an NDIS registered provider with specialties in:

  • Neurological conditions, disabilities, chronic conditions and other special needs.
  • Fertility, pregnancy, post natal, active birthing.
  • Pelvic girdle, Lumbar and sacroiliac joint stability support.
  • Anxiety, mental health conditions.
  • Nervous system regulation.
  • Somatic Inquiry certified
  • Extensive clinical yoga therapy experience in a hospital in Neurosurgery, Neurological and Obstetrics departments

Chantelle Sims

Hi, I’m Chantelle and I fell in love with yoga three years ago when a good friend of mine started teaching in Ipswich. I had never practiced yoga before and shyly went along to my first Vinyasa yoga class. What I experienced in that class was so profound and I knew in that moment that something had stirred deep within my soul like I was coming home to myself. When my yoga teacher moved away I struggled to find a Vinyasa class that had the flow I was looking for so I decided to complete my training and create my own.


I practiced my level one training with Being Yoga on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and I will continue to study my level two training towards the end of the year. I am looking forward to learning all I can about this ancient practice. I like to offer beautiful flowing vinyasa classes that focus on moving with the breath and coming together as a collective to experience that feeling that yoga keeps us coming back for.


My classes are very beginner friendly and offer a range of asanas, breath work yin style and meditation. I like my students to walk out feeling better than when they walked into class! Yoga truely is a transformative practice that changes not only our lives but the lives around us as well.


I cannot wait to practice yoga in a dedicated studio within Ipswich to create a community of yogis to share and grow with. I look forward to meeting you on the mat.

Rebecca Hubbold

Professionally trained in energy and sound healing, our practitioner Rebecca has extensive experience in all modalities of sound and energy healing. 


Rebecca brings renewed wellbeing, calm and peace to your stressed mind and body.

For those on a spiritual journey, through sound and energy, frequencies and vibrations, she is able to guide you into higher realms of consciousness, facilitating your movement into other dimensions of space and time. Through her guided meditations, she gives your mind something to focus on while taking you on a spiritual journey where you can examine the lessons learnt and emerge with clarity and a greater sense of purpose.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma from the Sound Healing Academy for one-on -one individual clients 
  • Diploma from the Sound Healing Academy for group sessions 
  • Reiki level 1&2 certification- trained by a traditional Usui Reiki Master
  • Advanced Practitioner Level qualifications in Heart Resonance Therapy

Andrea Henning

I found yoga (or yoga found me) during my first pregnancy. I was instantly in love with this path to still my busy mind, enabling connection with my baby and my pregnant body. I found my way back to the mat later in life, developing a deep and consistent practise.


I love the diversity and breadth of yogic practices and am deeply fascinated with the ancient holistic health system of Ayurveda. Modern science is increasingly catching up with these ancient wisdoms; I enjoy exploring combining yoga and Ayurveda principles and practices with my expertise in western health sciences. Yoga is inclusive and for every body, it is the gift that keeps on giving, and I am here to share the love!

Manning Cowley

With a passion for self-healing and mindfulness, Manning began his yoga journey in 2023 and has since completed Level 1 and Level 2 yoga teacher training. Deeply committed to using yoga as a transformative practice, he specialises in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Seniors.

 

Manning believes that yoga is more than just physical postures; it's a holistic healing modality that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. His teaching style is slow-paced and centred on Yin-based sequences designed to cultivate deep relaxation, mindfulness, and a stronger connection between mind, body, and breath.

 

Whether you are new to yoga or seeking a more restorative practice, Manning's sessions offer a safe and supportive space for all levels, helping students deepen their self-awareness and promote healing at their own pace.


The Wellbeing Studio is honoured to host Manning's yin style Frontline Yoga at 9.30am Thursdays. This class is no cost to frontline workers, and by donation for everyone else. All welcome!
