Our classes are securely booked online via our live schedules below. If you do not already have an account with us, you will be prompted to create one upon first booking. This is one time process only and future bookings can be easily managed via our Mindbody app.

Meditate Sound – 45 minutes


Meditate Sound – meditation and relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound. Be bathed in crystal bowl sound waves and a variety of healing sound instruments. Divine!


Yoga Flow - 60 mins


Vinyasa style yoga sessions that provide full body yoga flows and movement. The class is designed to get you moving at a moderate pace and brings in some gentle balances for a well-rounded practice. Suitable for those that want to elevate their heart rate a little and build yoga experience and practice. 


Yoga Flow Mediate - 60 minutes


This class begins with Vinyasa flow for full body movement to release tension and stagnant energies, followed by 15 - 20 minutes meditation. Join us for midday movement and float into your afternoon feeling energised, grounded and focused.


Yoga Harmony – 60 mins


Yin-Yang style combining the slower paced Yin practice with some more dynamic Yang movement to harmonise the cooling and warming energies of Yin and Yang. Be guided through a session that works on both stillness and movement; suppleness and strength; flexibility and agility. Suitable for all and those that want to experience a balanced practice.


Yoga Release – 60 mins


Yin is a slower and more meditative practice, asking you to hold poses for longer periods of time and to breathe deeply into the pose to a sense of release. Suitable for those who want to increase their flexibility, reduce stress and complement their more dynamic practices. 



Yoga Rise - 60 mins



An early morning practice that will wake your body and mind up to welcome the day ahead. Gently stretch and strengthen your body and clear and focus your mind to start the day feeling grounded and centred.  cAombinatio nof gently paced Hatha yoga flows with full body movement, sun salutations and a few moments of meditative mindfulness. Suitable for all.


Yoga Slow Flow - 75 mins


Slow flow combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the stillness of Yin yoga. The Yoga Slow Flow class is a beautifully balanced class that is a fusion of strength-building movement and restorative stretches. Suitable for all levels.
