Yoga Strong – 45 mins

Yoga Strong - 60 mins

(Intermediate-Advanced)

The Yoga Strong 45 class (45 minutes) is a strong Vinyasa flow (Power Yoga) style workout for those who want to get in and do a shorter and stronger class. The Yoga Strong – 60 class (60 minutes) allows for that bit extra. With stronger yoga poses and holds, whilst promoting balance and flexibility, this class is more dynamic and will generate energy in your body leaving you feeling alive. Suitable for those that have some existing good body strength and can hold their body own weight comfortably (like being able to hold a forearm or regular plank for at least 30-60 seconds).

Yoga Release – 60 mins

(All levels)

Yoga Release - 60 is a 60-minute Yin Yoga class that can be challenging by way of prolonged poses that target and encourage connective tissues (ligaments/ fascia/ joints) to find a sense of release, as opposed to working the muscles in the more dynamic flow classes. Whilst the Yin class is slower and more meditative, it asks you to hold poses for longer periods of time and to breathe deeply into the discomfort experienced in the pose to release and let go (to find ‘comfort in the discomfort’). Suitable for those who want to increase their flexibility, reduce stress and complement their more dynamic/ athletic practices.

Yoga Align

Yoga Align – 45 and Yoga Align – 90 are more technical classes (45 and 90-minute classes respectively) that focus on the detail, alignment, and precision of yoga postures with the assistance of props (based on Iyengar and Align/ Smart Flow methods). This practice can be used to build strength and mobility after an injury and for those who want to improve their technique and alignment in their yoga postures. Going deeper into the extended and supported poses can help you achieve a quieter mind and better awareness of, and connection with, your body. Suitable for all.
