Our Meditation Classes

Welcome. Our classes are securely booked online via our live schedules below. If you do not already have an account with us, you will be prompted to create one upon first booking. This is one time process only and future bookings can be easily managed via our Mindbody app. View our pricing.

Meditate Reset – 30 

(For all) 

The Meditate Reset – 30 class invites you to come as you are (no need to get changed). Come and sit on mats, cushions or chairs; close your eyes and relax your body and mind for 30 minutes during your lunch break. There will be some guided meditation and quiet moments to reset yourself for the afternoon and evening. Suitable for all.

Meditate Calm – 45 

(For all) 

Meditate Calm – 45 offers time to move into a state of calm through mindful meditative practice. Be guided to let go of mind clutter and find the space to feel expansive and settled. Suitable for all.

Taking classes at The Wellbeing Studio on a regular basis can provide many health and wellbeing benefits, including:
